Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bormioli Rocco glassware; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent breakage during transit.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the items in their original Bormioli Rocco boxes and use protective cushioning to ensure the glassware arrives back to us safely.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned glassware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
